If you haven’t heard of the 3-Word-Challenge, go take a look: Chris Brogan’s 3 Words.
I like it better than trying to make New Year’s resolutions because it’s short, sweet and simple. Easy to bring into instant recall in the heat of a moment when I am questioning everything.
[I also dislike mission and vision statements for the same reasons. Even pithy, expertly wordsmithed sentences are cumbersome… usually forgotten when real dialogue emerges.]
My three words run deep in me.
Go: Leave the safe and familiar territory where I am stagnating. Do not fear… all shall be well.
Do not go where the path leads, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.
Do: Create what only you can create. The world is waiting for you to spread your wings and fly.
Only do it.
Art: Give generously and do not expect return.
Without cost you have received. Without cost you are to give.
Thanks @chrisbrogan and @robhatch. Good 2015!
